The mini 5 axis cnc milling machine is designed for machining small parts of plastics, CFRP and GFRP composites, and aluminum. Typical applications include mechanical engineering, the automotive and aerospace industries, model making, the leisure industry, and the sanitary sector.
Advanced 5-Axis Control: The machine is equipped with a Syntec five-axis linkage CNC system that allows for complex three-dimensional movements and the processing of intricate shapes and curved surfaces. Simens or Fanuc is also available depens on customer needs.
Milling Head with Rotary Axes: It features a milling head with two continuous CNC rotary coordinates (the 4th and 5th axes), which enables it to perform operations like milling and hole rolling.
Spindle: It can be equipped with Hiteco/ HSD / other brand of spindles from 5.5kw-42kw for your options.
Automatic Tool Changer: The machine has an 8-station tool magazine for automatic and quick tool changes, enhancing efficiency in production.
Robust Construction: A welded steel bed with ribbed plates provides a solid foundation. The bed material is Q235 rectangular tube with a 10mm wall thickness, and the connecting plates are not less than 20mm thick.
High-Quality Components: It uses Taiwan CSK and HIWIN linear guides, TBI precision screw rods, and a Japanese Sumitomo high-torque zero-backlash hollow reducer for the C/B axis. Renishaw tool length and breakage detection systems will be available for option.
Central Oil Supply System: The machine has an automatic oil injection and lubrication system for all mechanical moving parts, improving service life.
